Catalog and quotations

Standard items may be offered for online ordering. Corporate merchandise, branding, bulk quantities, furniture and specially procured items are supplied against a written quotation. A quotation records the specification, quantity, price, GST, delivery scope, lead time, validity and payment terms. An enquiry or quotation request is not an accepted order.

Order acceptance

An order is accepted only after availability, delivery destination, customer information and payment status are confirmed. We may reject or cancel an order where information is incomplete, pricing or stock is erroneous, the destination cannot be served, the requested customisation cannot be approved or compliance review is incomplete.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in INR. Applicable GST, delivery, installation, branding or other charges are shown at checkout or in the written quotation before acceptance. Payment methods are displayed only through an approved payment service provider.

Custom and made-to-order goods

The customer is responsible for supplying authorised artwork and approving the final proof, specification, quantity and delivery information. Production may begin after written approval; cancellation and return rights for custom goods are limited as stated in the applicable policies and quotation.

Delivery, cancellation, returns and warranty

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful artwork or content, interfere with security, or use false company, tax, delivery or payment information.

Liability and governing law

Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, responsibility is limited to the affected order and does not include indirect business loss. These terms are governed by Indian law and disputes are subject to the competent courts in Delhi, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
