Information we collect

We may collect your name, business name, email, phone, GSTIN where supplied, billing and delivery addresses, quotation requirements, order details, support correspondence, grievance records, payment status, device information and security logs. Payment credentials are processed by the payment provider displayed at checkout; we do not ask customers to send card PINs, UPI PINs, passwords or one-time passwords.

How we use information

We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotations, process and fulfil orders, issue invoices, provide delivery and after-sales support, prevent fraud, maintain records and comply with legal obligations.

Sharing

Information may be shared only as required with payment providers, delivery and installation partners, approved suppliers or customisation partners, hosting and security providers, professional advisers and public authorities. These recipients receive only information needed for their role.

Retention and security

Records are retained for the operational, tax, accounting, dispute and legal periods applicable to the transaction. We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted administrative records and service-provider safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
